Recently we were notified by Rubio’s that they now are catering in our favorite style, with a taco truck. The menu items have our mouths watering. Such an array of styled tacos. From the original fish taco to a sesame soy fish taco to a portobello and poblano taco for our vegetarian amigos, this menu is sure to please all guests.
