We are getting so excited for Lauryn + Ryan’s December wedding! We’ve so enjoyed working with these two the past few months, especially because Lauryn’s family is a repeat client of ours! Anyone remember her sister Alyssa’s safari inspired wedding? This time we’re going for a completely different but totally amazing design, inspired by our bride’s love for nature and the great outdoors. We’ll be creating a wintery, evergreen themed event to celebrate the holiday season.

Our couple met at Ryan’s apartment on Halloween last year. Ryan wasn’t dressed up at all but Lauryn arrived in a Minnie Mouse outfit covered in fake blood! Although he found her costume choice a little strange, he was intrigued with the girl under the costume and they hit it off. Lauryn + Ryan’s ideal date together is a hike surrounded by beautiful scenery, so they set off with Rebecca Johnson of Nhiya Kaye for their stunning engagement session in Utah. When asked what each loves most about the other, Lauryn answered, “He is very understanding and willing to do anything for me.” Ryan said, “I love how open-minded she is about trying new things and about new ideas.” We’re sure they’re a match made in heaven and can’t wait for them to tie the knot and celebrate under a sky full of stars!
